Where do I come from? Earlier, I was studying in the Indus International School, Bangalore. As of now, I’m a part of Choithram International World School, Indore. I had to take a transfer on medical grounds.
How did I feel about the transfer? Just when I was accustomed to my new boarding school. I was expected to start over. So, there I was, looking foreword to my first day of school, again. I yet had no idea what lay in store for me. I was lost; there were so many decisions, settlements, and choices to be taken care of.
How do I resolve my decisions? Some students are lucky. They have a clear idea of what career they want to go into, and how not to injure yourself in the middle of school year. Then there are those of us who are pretty sure about what we want to do with our lives, but there’s no direct or obvious path to accomplishing those goals. But at least not giving up on my IB Diploma was a good decision since it brought me CI, Indore. And unfortunately I wasn’t the blessed one who knew exactly what I ought to do, my mind was a rather mystified.
How did I adapt to the new environment? Due to the extremely small strength of my class, I was able to make friends really fast. Also, everybody had been very friendly to me. The teacher, the students. I was able to rebound to what I had missed, instantly.
What is my perception on TOK? Perception is basically is the capacity to be able to hear, see or awareness in general. TOK allows and forces me to think, keeping in mind past experiences, cultural understanding and appreciation, recently amplified knowledge and other information. It forces me to analyze a situation and wonder why it is the way it is. Here's my blog: .
